Osteopath, Women's Health expert
Beatrice's career in osteopathy began in 2016 with wanting to understand more about the body's healing capacities and helping others to functionally regain health. Her treatment style varies from gently moving joints and muscle tissue to stretching and direct manipulations. Beatrice trained in Pilates Matwork and uses this in conjunction with osteopathy to ensure a speedy recovery in her patients and a balanced approach to wellness. She finds value in looking at the whole person and gives lifestyle and exercise advice where needed. Beatrice can help with treatment and management of sports injuries, shoulder, neck and back pain, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, headaches, wrist and elbow pain and headaches. She is also trained in visceral and cranio-sacral approaches and has worked with expectant mothers for various pains associated with pregnancy, and other women's health conditions. She tailors every treatment according to patients’ goals and needs and she always considers the impact that pain has both on the physical body and psychologically.
Beatrice has a Masters degree in Osteopathy and is a qualified Pilates Matwork instructor. She has a background in mixed martial arts, boxing, swimming, aikido and Pilates.
