Hashim has a varied approach from gentle stretching techniques to deeper soft tissue work and gentle joint mobilisation through to direct joint manipulation. Hashim is a registered osteopath and lecturer with an MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health and a Masters degree in Osteopathy. Hashim is the director of Atlas Osteopathy and practises at the East Finchley, Blackfriars and Moorgate clinics. His professional memberships include the General Osteopathic Council and the Osteopathic Sports Care Association.

Hashim was selected among the first group of osteopaths for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and four years later, one of only three osteopaths selected for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games. He has carried out consultancy roles with Fulham FC and Watford FC during their Premier League campaigns, as well as working privately with elite athletes, boxers and footballers among others. Hashim’s own sporting background includes playing for various teams in football and cricket, as well as tennis recreationally, which led to a specific interest in sports medicine.

Outside of the sporting world, Hashim works with a wide variety of patients, including pregnancy-related problems, office workers and the weekend warriors.
