Lenny is our sports massage therapist, specialising in physical performance and exercise rehabilitation. He has worked for various elite sports clubs too, including Speedworks Training, QPR FC and London Irish FC, as well as assisting professional boxers.

His aim is to assist each individual in reaching their peak performance through in-depth analysis and appropriately selecting the best intervention to optimise performance.

This is done through the use of exercise prescription, soft tissue therapy and client education. All the selected interventions are based on sound reasoning and supported rationale to help supplement each treatment effectively.
